New Shoes???
This was a quick card I made for a friend who loves frogs. The two word stamps are from the Crackerbox Palace. The Dancing frog is from Stampendous. She is colored in Copics and the "spotlight" is from a Spellbinders nestie that I cut along time ago. It was laying on my desk waiting to be used..In fact everything was out on my desk, left overs from other cards.. Pulled together in about ten minutes... Another time, I would have not stamped the top words on the polka dots, as it is hard to read. But like I said, it was a ten minute card pulled together before work, as I wanted to mail it that morning yet..No time for perfections. . .LOL

GOLF ANYONE??
I loved the "Play on Words" from a golf set from Raisen Boat. The golfer is from Alias Smith and Rowe , but the rest of the stamps are from the same Raisenboat stamp set. I believe the happy birthday is from Crackerbox palace. The cloud folder is Stamping Up, and the card is colored with duster brushes and Tim Holtz Mowed Lawn , Peacock feathers, distress inks with a little sunshine yellow and watermelon from Ranger. Golfer is paper shaped and paper pieced and details colored with copics.

QUICK AND SIMPLE GET WELL CARD.
Sometimes when we hear that someone is under the weather, we don't have time to spend along time making a card.
I like these words from the Crackerbox Palace Rubber stamp line as they fit for so many "get well" types.
Sometimes, a friend is just too pooped to function... be is depression or over worked..
This sentiment would work for any of those as well as an ordinary Get Well.
The bee , hive and words are all from the Crackerbox Palace, and the hexagon die is from Papertrey.

Swimming is dangerous.
Well, it has been a couple of years since I've tried to blog, much less post cards... So bear with me as i relearn the ropes.
This is a card i designed for my co-worker to give to her sister. The Words were inspired by a cocktail napkin I had seen.. . Thus are computer generated. The stamps of the swimming lady and the shark are from the Crackerbox Palace www.crackerboxrubberstamps.com/ . The skyscape is a Memories Die and the water is an old cuttlebug trees embossing folder laying on it's side. The clouds folder is from Stampin up.
A little bit of sandpaper for the beach and some paper shaping on the stamped items round it out. It is an Easel format.card . .still one of my faves for cards that need to show the inside for the "joke" to be complete.
Well guys wish me luck to be able to get back in the saddle on blogging. I've set a goal for at least once a week.... we will see if it gets any easier..LOL
